These rules govern what Customers may publish or transmit through Workspace CMS. They exist to protect other tenants, our upstream providers (Vercel, Supabase, AI providers), and the platform itself. Violations are grounds for immediate suspension or termination.
6.1 Prohibited content & conduct
Customer may not use the Service to host, publish, or transmit:
- Unlawful content;
- Malware, phishing, or fraudulent material;
- Content infringing IP (DMCA process applies);
- Adult or sexual content, and never any content sexualizing minors;
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging;
- Content violating sanctions/export law;
- Unregistered securities, token sales/ICOs, or similar;
- Regulated pharmaceuticals or weapons where prohibited;
- Hateful or extremist content; or
- Anything violating the terms of our upstream providers (Vercel, Supabase, AI providers).
6.2 Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate immediately, without refund, for any AUP violation, including where a violation creates risk of suspension of our upstream provider accounts or harm to other tenants. We may remove offending content without prior notice where required for legal or platform-safety reasons.
6.3 Indemnity
Customer indemnifies and holds 1Digital® harmless from third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Customer’s content, data, or use of the Service.

See content on a Workspace CMS site that you believe violates this policy? Email info@1digitalagency.com with the URL and a description. We review every report within one business day. DMCA notices follow the standard counter-notice procedure and should be sent to the same address.
