How does Net-30 work and how do I get approved?
Submit your tax-exempt certificate and three trade references via the bulk-order form (or call the sales desk). Most accounts are approved within 24 hours. Existing accounts on the books before 2026 are automatically grandfathered into Net-30 with no re-verification.
What are the bulk-discount tiers?
Standard tiers are 10+ units (5–9% off list), 100+ units (12–18% off), and 500+ units (custom). Hazmat, freight-class, and case-pack items follow product-specific schedules. Drop your SKU list and the sales desk replies with line pricing same-day.
What's the shipping zone breakdown?
Same-day pickup or delivery in the Pittsburgh metro (within 60 mi of Liberty Avenue). 2-day ground across the Eastern US from our four DCs (Pittsburgh, Columbus, Charlotte, Hartford). 5-day ground national. Freight class and hazmat ship via LTL.
What's your return policy?
30-day return on unopened, untampered stock items in original packaging. Custom-cut, hazmat, and special-order items are non-returnable. Issue an RMA via the account portal or call the sales desk. Restocking fee waived for active Net-30 accounts.
Are your products OSHA-compliant?
Yes. All PPE, lockout/tagout, and safety items meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards. Each product page lists the applicable ANSI, ASTM, or NIOSH standard. Spec sheets and Declarations of Conformity available on every product.
Do you cut steel, pipe, or sheet to spec?
Yes — most material-handling and structural steel SKUs can be cut to spec at the Pittsburgh and Columbus DCs. Add a note on your quote request with the length, quantity, and tolerance and we'll send a cut-charge quote with the line price.
