What counts as an emergency

Call us for any of these — right now.

Burst pipe · active leak

Water actively spraying or flooding. Shut off your main if you can find it, then call us. We’re rolling in 9 min.

Sewage backup

Wastewater coming up through floor drains, toilets, or basement. Stop using water, then call. We’ll camera + clear.

Water heater rupture

Water heater leaking from the bottom, tank pooling. Shut off the gas/electric and the cold inlet. Same-day replacement.

Frozen pipe

No water at any fixture in the morning + Denver cold snap. Don’t use a torch — we have safe thaw equipment.

Gas smell

If you smell gas, leave the building first. Call Xcel, then call us — we’ll repair the line once it’s safe.

No water at all

All fixtures dry, not just one. Could be main shut-off, supply line, or city service. We’ll locate + restore.

Frequently asked

The questions customers ask in the panic moment.

Do I need to shut off the water before you arrive?
If you can find your main shut-off valve safely — yes. It’s usually in the basement, garage, or a curb box on the property line. Tell the dispatcher where the leak is; they’ll walk you through it on the call if needed.
Will my insurance cover this?
Most homeowners policies cover sudden & accidental water damage (burst pipe). They don’t cover long-term seepage. We’ll document the failure with photos and a written diagnosis you can send to your adjuster.
What if I’m a renter?
Call your landlord first if you can — but if water is actively damaging the building, call us. We’ll bill the property owner directly with their approval, or you can pay and submit for reimbursement.
How fast can you actually be here?
Denver metro: typically 9–15 min for emergency calls 24/7. We staff at least 3 trucks at all times specifically for emergency rotation. Aurora, Lakewood, and Westminster: 11–18 min depending on the time.
Will I pay more for a 2am call?
No. Flat-rate, same price, regardless of the hour. We don’t charge an after-hours surcharge because we’re staffed for 24/7 by design.
