Every call went to voicemail. Every callback came with a four-day window. He opened RapidFlow in 2014 out of a single Ford F-150 with one operating rule: a real person picks up the phone, every time.
Eleven years later that’s still the rule. The fleet is now nine trucks; the dispatcher is in our Tennyson Street office, not a call center in another state. Average pickup time across all hours, measured monthly: 11 seconds. We don’t have an after-hours surcharge because there is no “after hours” — we staff 24/7 by design.
We’re a residential plumber by choice. Single-family homes, duplexes, condos, small multi-family. We don’t do commercial new construction and we don’t take subcontract work from GCs. Every job is direct-to-homeowner, every job is master-supervised, and every job is quoted from the same printed price book we hand to our techs on day one.
